1. General Policy

At InstanceCheats, we maintain a strict standard for software delivery. Due to the digital and instant nature of our license keys, all sales are considered final once the product key or software access has been successfully delivered, except under highly specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund exclusively if:

  • The software completely fails to function or inject on your system, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your properly formatted request.
  • You accidentally purchased the exact same product tier multiple times within a 24-hour period (duplicate orders).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will strictly not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Buyer's remorse or changing your mind after purchasing and receiving the digital product.
  • Your account in a third-party game or service was banned, suspended, or penalized while using our software. (You assume all risks associated with third-party software).
  • You failed to disable required anti-viruses, secure boot, or follow the explicit setup documentation provided by our team.
  • Your PC hardware or Windows version does not meet the explicitly stated minimum requirements for the specific software.

4. Process for Requesting

To officially request a refund, you must open a support ticket on our official Discord server or web panel within 3 days of your original purchase. You are required to provide your order ID, proof of purchase, and detailed technical evidence (including screenshots or video recordings) of the software failing to operate.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a fraudulent chargeback, PayPal dispute, or bank reversal will result in the immediate and permanent hardware ban (HWID) from the InstanceCheats network, and all associated active license keys will be revoked without question. We actively contest all chargebacks with digital logs, IP evidence, and proof of license key redemption.
